- engages in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, the Emerging Physios Services, or which, in the judgement of Emerging Physios, exposes or may expose Emerging Physios, any of its licencors, Members of Emerging Physios or suppliers, or any visitors to the Site to any liability or detriment of any type;
- using the services in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable law, collectively “Prohibited Content”.

Emerging Physios will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
